Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Puzzle Fire app and website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. The app

Puzzle Fire is a free puzzle game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on your devices for your own non-commercial use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app (except where the law allows it), not to tamper with the app, its rewards, ads or limits, and not to use bots, scripts or modified clients to gain coins, hints, unlocks or ad rewards.

3. Virtual items

Coins, hints and unlocks are virtual items for use inside the app only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not refundable. They are stored on your device, so they can be lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices without a restored backup.

4. Ads

The app is supported by advertising. Rewarded ads are optional, and rewards, limits and waiting times can change. We do not control the content of third-party ads.

5. Purchases

If paid features are offered, they are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and the store's terms and refund policy apply.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue the app or features at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Some features need an internet connection (for example ads).

7. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design and content belong to Puzzle Fire and its licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence in section 1.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
