Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains how the Puzzle Fire mobile app (package com.puzzlefire) and this website handle information. Puzzle Fire is a free puzzle game that works offline and does not require an account.
1. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (completed levels, scores, settings, coins and hints) is stored locally on your device. We do not receive it. If you use Android backup, your device's backup service may copy this data to your own Google account. Uninstalling the app removes the local data unless it is restored from a backup.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and the app does not require you to sign in.
3. Advertising
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions. This may be used to show personalised or non-personalised ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure performance and prevent fraud.
- Where the law requires it (for example the EEA and the UK), the app shows a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are personalised. You can review your choice later from Settings → Privacy options in the app, when that option is shown.
- You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Learn more in Google's advertising policies and Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Rewarded ads and in-game rewards
You can choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn coins, hints or an unlock. To limit abuse, the app stores counters and timestamps (for example how many rewarded ads you watched today) on your device only.
5. Diagnostics and analytics
We may use aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic or usage events (for example crashes or which screens are used) to fix bugs and improve the app. We do not use them to identify you. If this changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this policy.
6. Purchases
If optional purchases are offered, they are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
7. Children
Puzzle Fire is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the app, such as Google (ads and the app store), and when the law requires it.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold an account or profile for you, most data is on your device (delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling) or with Google (manage it in your Google account's ad settings).
10. Website
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Hosting providers may log technical data such as IP addresses and browser details for security and operation. The site stores only your language and theme choices in your browser's local storage, and it uses no tracking cookies.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
12. Contact
